1. 授权范围

1.1 Free 版（个人版）

Free 版以永久免费形式提供，仅授权个人非商业使用者。

  • 你可以在你拥有或被授权使用的多台 Mac 设备上免费使用 Free 版。
  • Free 版不可用于商业用途 — 包括但不限于：在企业环境中部署、对外提供服务、在以营利为目的的工作场景中使用。
  • 商业使用请购买 Pro 版授权。

1.2 Pro 版（订阅）

Pro 版以年度订阅形式提供，价格以购买时显示为准。订阅授权包括：

  • 个人与商业使用 — 订阅期内可在任意场景使用本软件。
  • 当前已发布的全部 Pro 功能 — 自购买之日起立即解锁。
  • 未来 12 个月内的功能更新 — 在订阅有效期内自动获得。

2. 订阅式更新说明

Pro 版采用"订阅式功能更新"模式，请在购买前理解以下条款：

  • 已购功能永久使用权 — 订阅期内已解锁的功能在订阅到期后仍可继续使用，不需要联网验证。
  • 新功能需续费 — 12 个月后发布的新功能需要新的订阅周期才能解锁。
  • 不强制续费 — 你可以选择不续费，并继续使用订阅期内获得的所有功能版本。
  • 由于订阅模式的特性，购买完成后通常不支持退款，请在购买前确认。

3. 知识产权

本软件及其源代码、文档、品牌标识的所有权归 Nexus Shell 团队所有。我们授予你非独占、不可转让、可撤销的使用许可。未经书面同意，请勿：

  • 对软件进行反向工程、反编译或修改源码
  • 转售、分发或再授权本软件
  • 移除版权声明或品牌标识

4. 用户责任

你对自己使用本软件操作的远程服务器、文件与数据负全部责任：

  • 请确保你拥有连接目标服务器的合法授权。
  • 文件传输、命令执行所造成的后果由你自行承担。
  • 请妥善备份你的连接配置与密钥；遗失不会由我们恢复。

5. AI 助手相关

AI 助手功能需要你自行配置第三方 AI 服务（如 OpenAI、Claude、DeepSeek）的 API key。

  • API 调用费用由你自行承担。
  • 发送给 AI 服务商的内容受其条款约束。
  • Nexus Shell 不对 AI 输出的准确性、安全性或合规性负责。

6. 免责声明

本软件按"现状"提供，不附带任何明示或默示的担保。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对因使用本软件造成的直接或间接损失不承担责任。

7. 终止

如果你严重违反本协议（例如在未经许可的情况下用于商业用途、二次分发或破解），我们有权撤销你的使用授权且不予退款。

8. 协议变更

我们保留随时修改本协议的权利。重大变更会在软件内或本页面公告，继续使用即视为接受新条款。

Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Nexus Shell ("the Software") you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Software and uninstall it.

1. License scope

1.1 Free edition (Personal)

The Free edition is provided free of charge, in perpetuity, and is licensed only to individuals for non-commercial use.

  • You may use the Free edition on any number of Mac devices you own or are authorised to use.
  • The Free edition may not be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to enterprise deployment, providing services to others, or any for-profit work setting.
  • For commercial use, please purchase a Pro license.

1.2 Pro edition (Subscription)

The Pro edition is offered as an annual subscription at the price shown at purchase time. The subscription license includes:

  • Personal and commercial use during the subscription period.
  • All Pro features available at the time of purchase, unlocked immediately.
  • All feature updates released in the next 12 months, delivered automatically.

2. Subscription-for-updates model

The Pro plan follows a "subscription for feature updates" model. Please understand the following before purchasing:

  • Perpetual access to unlocked features — features you obtained during the subscription remain usable after it ends, without online re-validation.
  • New features require renewal — features released after the 12-month window require a new subscription cycle.
  • No forced renewal — you may stop renewing and still use the version of the Software you have already obtained.
  • Because of the nature of this model, refunds are generally not available after purchase. Please make sure before checking out.

3. Intellectual property

All rights to the Software, including source code, documentation and brand identifiers, are owned by the Nexus Shell team. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it. Without written consent, you may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the source code
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software
  • Remove copyright notices or branding

4. User responsibility

You are fully responsible for the remote servers, files, and data that you operate on through the Software:

  • Make sure you are authorised to connect to any target server.
  • You bear the consequences of any file transfer or command you execute.
  • Back up your connection configurations and keys; we cannot recover lost data.

5. About the AI assistant

The AI assistant requires you to configure your own third-party AI service API key (e.g. OpenAI, Claude, DeepSeek).

  • API usage fees are your responsibility.
  • Content sent to the AI provider is governed by that provider's terms.
  • Nexus Shell is not responsible for the correctness, safety, or compliance of AI output.

6. Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Software.

7. Termination

If you materially breach these Terms (for example, unauthorised commercial use, redistribution, or cracking), we may revoke your license without refund.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in the Software or on this page; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
